Fantastic Result
We decided to sell our home just as we were leaving on a six week holiday. Matt handled everything from our first meeting and kept in touch with us regularly even though we were traveling. The second week of our holiday we received a call from Matt advising that the house was sold. The whole process was effortless and made easy by the way Matt handled the process and achieved a great result.

Very quick sale
very happy with Matt..... sold within 2 days of listing. Matt 's communication was excellent.....hours of work are virtually unlimited and does the "small" things well.Friendly but professional and keeps all parties involved up to date with developments almost on a daily basis. Would highly recommend him for both buyers and sellers.

Nice guy who gets results.
Matt was the 3rd agent we engaged. That was our biggest mistake. Should have been our first. Thanks to his knowledge and work our house was sold within weeks for the value we expected. Not only did we have a result but Matt was also incredibly easy to work with and kept us updated at all times. Nice guy and easy to get along with. Highly recommend.

Could have done better
Firstly Matt is a good agent and does know his stuff. His communication is fast and responsive however in my dealings with Matt on this ocassion things could have been much better. Property went on the market June/July 2017 and sold February 2018 following a single Open house in February 2018 during that time the selling price in the area took a dive and I've lost over 20K on the deal. Something which might have been avoided if the tenant had been handled better in the first instance. Matt is not totally responsibile for this as I agreed to allow him to negotiate with them on access to the property. Access never really went the way it should have prolonging the time in the market and dropping my selling price. I wish Matt well as he is a genuine individual and wish him every success for the future.
