In all our dealing with Matt Tennant we found him to be fair and honest in his opinions, attentive to all our requests, and very knowledgeable about the property we were purchasing and the Redlands area in general. In after sales service he has been very helpful and attentive, in fact on two occasions he has rendered very valuable assistance when in the first incident a pipe burst in the downstairs bathroom just day after we had purchased the property. The second incident was on receiving a call from a neighbour in Daydream Street that a "tradie"had not locked the garage to the property he made the journey to the home at about 7 pm and locked the garage for us.
