Seamless experience and top price
Was such an easy process to sell with Matt, Jenny and the team. The type of people that you run into on your morning walk or at the shops and happy to have a chat, but also very professional and organised. We got a multiple offer situation and more than what we'd hoped for. The Photos, Videos, and Marketing campaign was great. The wealth of knowledge that Matt has on the Redland Bay area is second to none and this is obvious when you see that he sells the most in the area for a reason.

Could not have been better
We had originally agreed with another real estate agent to look after our sale but we then met Matt at an open house display. We were looking for someone who was local and able to make decisions on the spot. Most other agents generally need to refer to others for some of the decision making. Matt and his wife Jenni were easily approachable and their knowledge of the area is second to none. His negotiation skills are exceptional as there were several occasions when he offered-without our request- to negotiate and resolve the problems. Both he and Jenni kept us informed at all times both by email and personal regular visits to our home. We are extremely grateful for their support which made the sale of the house so much easier. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with
Recently bought a property through Matt and had been shown a couple over a 12 month period Matt bent over backwards for us as we were interstate buyers and even after purchasing was amazing at assisting with anything we asked of him . We also found Matt To be very down to earth unlike many other agents in the area which put us at ease while making the biggest purchase of our life so far .i would recommend Matt to anybody buying or selling in the area
