I was actually rather reserved going into the sale of our house, as we had not long purchased it and had to move due to unforeseen circumstances. When I called Matt and Jenny, they were both so receptive and kind and reassured me. Our face to face meeting only confirmed that Matt was the agent that I trusted to sell our home, and did so in record time! The listing looked fantastic, and within 6 days our home was under contract. Matt is so down to earth, calm, and easy going. He put our minds at ease and liaised with us even while we took at trip overseas. Nothing was too much to ask- Jenny even visited our home while we were away to send us photos of some documentation we forgot to pack! They both went over and above. Upon returning from our trip with an unconditional contract, Matt even stopped by with a thoughtful gift and packing boxes- such a helpful idea as I have my hands full with our 5 month old baby! The minute we met Matt and Jenny we knew we could trust them. Matt has extensive knowledge of the market especially in Redland bay and it shows. He was respectful but honest of the the price we could expect on our sale which we appreciated.
