We sold our house in Ferndale with Roberto. His extensive knowledge of that area was reflected in his sales approach and the end sale price. We wanted to buy our new home prior to selling and he was understanding and patient during that 6 month process. He regularly checked in and kept us motivated whilst we were searching (anyone thats trying to buy in this marlet will understand how depressing it can be). He also provided some guidance when we entered into negotiations for the new home (not part of his job!). When we were finally ready to put our home to market (through him), he acted promptly and it was all done within days. His communication was prompt and he kept us regularly updated over the home viewings weekend. The end result was 100k more than we expected! Once we sold our home, he and the Maxpro team were still providing guidance and were readily available for any queries we had. We couldn't be happier with our sales journey with Roberto and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking looking to sell!
