David has a great market knowledge and he always gets the seller the highest price. He knows the pulse of the buyer and he knows when to sell the property to-the right buyer. I have sold number of properties through him and never regretted the deal. He is never in a hurry to sell the property unlike others who start negotiations with the seller too. Never seen him pushing to sell the property. Great and very professional service.

We spoke to David after talking to two other agents and went with him because of his demenour and local knowledge. What started as selling a house in a great market (to sell) was greatly helped by David arranging things for the (We are in NZ), and then when the offers came in, worked with us on a really good offer that had a lot of twists and turns in it. DAvid was the cool head the prevailled in helping us navigate what turned out to be a really good sale, albeit, with some unique features.
