Good old fashioned service!
So many agents in Geelong are slickness over substance. Not Lois. Lois has a breadth of market knowledge, a warm and friendly communication style – and a “Can do” approach. Lois is a delight – and we would certainly recommend her highly. The entire Maxwell Collins team in Geelong are superior agents.

Honest, ethical and reliable
There are many agents around who tell you what they think you want to hear. Lois wasn’t like that, she kept it real, didn’t exaggerate and worked really hard for the best possible outcome.

Best Agent I've ever done business with
In the past 17 years I've bought and sold five houses in Sydney, the NSW South Coast and Geelong. The quality and skill of said agents has ranged from abysmal to adequate, yet in Duncan's case I finally found a very good agent indeed. He ticks all of the boxes on a buyer/vendor's wish list. That is, his manner, even under duress is courteous and thoughtful. He is a born diplomat, capable of fielding even the most bizarre buyer enquiry and is tireless in his attention to detail. Duncan genuinely enjoys his profession and remains upbeat and positive, but never promises what he can't deliver. Above all he is honest, something money really can't buy.

Sincere, Respectful Agent
I found Eugene to be always reliable, sincere, hard working and respectful. He did what he could within the confines of the marketability of my property to achieve a good result. Perhaps my reserve was set too high but in the end that didn't affect the actual outcome. I am not happy with the sale price BUT I am content that all was done to achieve the best result in the current market for my type of property. After considering all the options presented to me by Eugene I decided to accept the final offer. No pressures was applied by Eugene. To secure an unconditional sale now (even through the sale was $20,000 below my expectations) allowed me to purchase the villa of my choice in my retirement village. I am content that I have made the correct decision.

Making things easy
Shaun made the process of selling our mother's house very simple and stress free. He was easy to deal with, kept us up-to-date with the process and implemented a well thought out marketing plan. We were very happy with the result of the sale. Shaun made us feel at ease in a process with which we had very limited experience.
