Brett is a lovely gentleman. Very patient with my elderly Mum. Easy to contact and always follows through. He promised we would achieve a higher price than several other agents were appraising the property at; and he was not wrong. Brett and his team were sensational. Brett gave us correct advice due to his market knowledge. He suggested that we should get the marketing package which we did. On 6th May we listed the property as for SALE BY 31/5/21. We had our first open on Saturday 15/5. Brett then arranged for opens on the Monday and the Thursday. After the Thursday open Brett suggested that we go to AUCTION we did on 22/5/21 and achieved a sale. Brett and his whole team were amazing and we say thank you.
