The home was mums, an 87 year old very opinionated great grandmother of 15.Everything was handled perfectly by Brett and his team. Always plenty of notice re viewings and open inspections.Mum was never put out , which made my life , (son), so much easier. Brett has an understated, down to earth approach to selling property. His transparency throughout the whole buying process was excellent. He calls it how he sees it, does what he says he's going to do, without any of the usual "sales spin" you get from a lot of agents. His "keep it real approach" certainly resonated well with me. There's potentially a lot of stress associated with buying a house, but after dealing with Brett and his team, it became clear that he would help to alleviate, rather than create it in our quest to buy the property he had on offer. Not always the case in some of our dealings with other agents we experienced in the process. Communication was seamless and timely and whilst he kept in touch, it was appropriate and unobtrusive.
