Having personally worked in Real Estate for over 20 years , I found Tim offered an excellent degree of professionalism in attending both private viewings and timed appointments re open days and requested inspections always within the specified time frame. Brochures and pertinent paper work were always available and if he didn't always have the required knowledge immediately available , Tim would follow up with the requested answer within 24 hours .
