We would have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty. She was both professional and supportive during the sale of our home. She responds to questions and concerns quickly. As first time home sellers she was very reassuring. She is genuine and down to earth, something we highly appreciated.

Tim Carson goes above and beyond to achieve a great outcome for his vendors. He is Clear, concise and honest with every step of the selling process. Tim was easy to talk with, and provided great feedback from inspections. He did a great job negotiating our final price. I would definately recommend Tim to anyone selling on the surfcoast. He will get the job done.
Tim Carson
Tim is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the local Surfcoast Market. His communication and updates of interest in the property were prompt and informative and any questions we had as first time sellers were consisely explained. We were so appreciative of Tim's sensitivity in a difficult family time and especially appreciative of his visit to the Aged Care Facility to explain the process to our Mum and Dad. Tim is super charged and committed to the best outcome for the vendor. Highly recommended.
Tim Carson
Tim gave very good advice on preparing the property for sale and was most helpful in recommending and organising appropriate people. The selling process was clearly outlined and every aspect was completed on time. Tim communicated clearly every step of the way and I found him to be very professional and reliable.
