We have dealt with a number of real estate agents in Bowen, Kyli is leading by the proverbial straight. From day 1 nothing has been too much trouble, right through to the negotiations on our eventual purchase. Attention to detail like telling us that we would need to organise new gas bottles for the hot water system etc. The level of communication at all levels, made this whole process as easy as 1, 2, 3. Bottom line, you want to buy or sell, cannot recommend Kyli highly enough, and just know you will not be disappointed.

Kyli was available at all times and kept us up to date on progress of the property. Her team in the office also assisted with maintenance and upkeep on the property while it was on the market which was a great help being a vendor located outside of Bowen and not able to attend the property frequently.
