We have dealt with a number of real estate agents in Bowen, Kyli is leading by the proverbial straight. From day 1 nothing has been too much trouble, right through to the negotiations on our eventual purchase. Attention to detail like telling us that we would need to organise new gas bottles for the hot water system etc. The level of communication at all levels, made this whole process as easy as 1, 2, 3. Her team in the office also assisted with maintenance and upkeep on the property while it was on the market which was a great help being a vendor located outside of Bowen and not able to attend the property frequently.

Kyli certainly pointed us in the right direction quickly and showed us through exactly the home we were looking for. Kyli was very accommodating in working around our schedules and nothing was to much trouble for her. Communication with vendors was smooth and timely and agreement and contracts were reached quickly.
