My wife and I purchased a property through Kyli after looking at numerous homes available in the area. Kyli certainly pointed us in the right direction quickly and showed us through exactly the home we were looking for. She knew what we were after and delivered when other agents simply sent us on a long search of everything they had. She listens and invests herself to make the right things happen. Kyli was very accommodating in working around our schedules and nothing was to much trouble for her. Communication with vendors was smooth and timely and agreement and contracts were reached quickly. Kyli is clearly very thorough in knowing the properties she is selling as any questions we had about the property (Sue had heaps), she had the answers without having to constantly go away and find out.
