Selling Grays Point under the virus restrictions was difficult. It was difficult for a variety of reasons which were met by Tracey Scott with a degree of stoicism and ingenuity. The market was in some degree of uncertainty and very difficult to predict, it was particularly unsettling for us the seller with the resultant easing of prices. It was no easy task to advise the vendor what to do and when to engage with buyers. Tracey was able to handle this challenging process with obvious experience and wise counsel, plus a most comforting approach. I have no hesitation in recommending Macdonald Partners as the proved totally reliable, professional and forthright.
