Before choosing Dino to look after the sale of my Fathers Property I met with 3 other Agents in the Sutherland Shire some had been recommended to me but we found Dino to be a breath of fresh air he was Professional but also down to earth we felt he was on our level in the way he explained things. I touched base with Dino Salvatore ten years ago on behalf of mother when I needed an appraisal for a government utility. I indicated that the house was not available for sale at this point, but that he could keep me informed periodically of current market status, which he did. I was happy with the outcome of the eventual sale of my property, Dino always was very efficient with his work, and,was quick to take care of any concerns, and, or, questions that I may have had, communication was first rate. Importantly for me, he was able to get detailed and, potential development approval from council in regards to my property, which increased the prospects in the sale of it.
