Joe and his team made selling our family home a stress free experience. Their professionalism, excellent communication and end result surpassed our expectation. The whole team are really lovely to work with and we would definitely choose McDonald Upton again in the future.

Andrew was well versed in what has transpired th out area along with the current market situation across all agencies selling. He has a brilliant local knowledge base which made it feel like we were talking with a neighbour. He took time to explain the process along the way and was always contactable whenever we had a query. Very happy that we met.

This was the second property that David has sold for us and once again his understanding of the local market was spot on. David has the most outstanding communication skills keeping us well informed of proceedings. Selling a property can be stressful but David's professional approach made the process relatively stress free. If you are thinking of selling I would highly recommend you give David Mogford a call. Thanks David.

After speaking to a few Agents, we decided to utilise McDonald Upton. From the beginning of the sale campaign right through to post auction, David was fantastic to deal with. The sale process was explained very well at the beginning of the campaign. We were also invited to provide feedback on our thoughts. David assisted us with providing options for conveyancer support, staging the home, type of advertising and right through to the sale process. We received constant feedback.

Kate Kennedy was the property consultant for the property I purchased a few weeks ago. Kate was very lovely to communicate with. She was present during the auction, and was very supportive during that rather intense time. Her correspondence afterwards with all the additional requirements has been very helpful.

Rhys Afford was the agent for the property I purchased a few weeks ago. Rhys communicated very clearly and swiftly with my advocate Michelle throughout the process, keeping us well informed. He was very pleasant and kind. From an outsider perspective, I also felt that he had his vendors requirements and best interests in the forefront. I certainly was very happy with my new home, and I hear the vendor was as well.

David had exceptional market knowledge providing comparisons and trends. His communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way. He had a genuine care for our needs throughout the sale process.
