From the very first call Nicholas was easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone. He is very organised and knew who I was on my second call, which was some weeks later. Organising our first viewing of the house he was very flexible and met us there on a Sunday as we could not attend on a weekday. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the area. He didn't harass us over the phone after the visit and waited for us to call him with questions etc. Nicholas was very easy to liaise with and has been extremely helpful to the point of meeting trades at the property so they can quote the work we wanted done before we have officially settled. He would text me photos when he was there so I can see how lovely the gardens are looking after some rain.
