Highly Recommended Agent
We have dealt with Nicholas twice now. Initially for the purchase of a block of land and most recently for the sale of our hosue in Berry. Both times he has provided a friendly, professional service that exceeded our expectations. He made buying/selling property very seemless and we would not deal with any other agent in Berry. We have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Full of local real estate knowledge and great communication for the entire sale.
Tim was helpful and full of knowledge from the very first phone call when we first engaged him to sell our home. He advised us on areas of our home we could improve that would provide the greatest return on investment when listed for sale. He communicated with both myself and my wife throughout the entire process which made us both feel like we were apart of the sale and made it an enjoyable experience for us. Tim was great at advising us on where our expectations should be for the sale price and guided us through multiple offers. He also helped us gain the maximum price for our home. After finding out about Tim's knowledge of the Shoalhaven and surrounding areas, we will be definitely be using Tim and Elders Berry in the future for all of our property sales.

Nick is a friendly and market savvy agent
Nick has a jovial and friendly disposition, who makes people feel at ease with the selling and purchasing process. He was spot on with our home's valuation and he pursued interested parties with gentle persistence.
