We sold our family home with Adrian and he was excellent to work with. Adrian is an absolute expert in the local area, which was apparent at every stage of the process. His tireless work ethic and attention to detail was greatly appreciated, along with his unwavering commitment to getting the best outcome possible. We would highly recommend Adrian to any prospective seller (or buyer) and would happily work with him again.

Having recently bought our new home, and sold our current home through James, we feel well placed to provide a comprehensive view of his skills and knowledge. From start to finish the advice we received was clear, insightful and timely. This was supported with effective communications throughout, which helped us manage the inherent stress of buying and selling. Ultimately, the end sales result achieved was pleasing, and buoyed by a favourable market, at the top end of our expectations. James is a consummate professional and we commend him and his team to you without reservation.

It was a pleasure to work with Lyndall during the whole process of selling our house. Having lived in our home for 27 years, Lydnall showed great care and consideration knowing it was a very emotional time. James and Lyndall's proposal was thorough, detailed and addressed the uniqueness of our property. From that point onwards the process followed their script remarkably closely. Lyndall responded to every question and concern within an hour or less of our call/emails. Even after the sale was complete Lydnall still showed compassion and empathy and wanted to check we were ok. A very positive experience and would highly recommend Lyndall.
Lyndall Barry
We are very pleased with the job James & Lyndall did for us when they recently sold our house. Their proposal was thorough, detailed and addressed the uniqueness of our property. From that point onwards the process followed their script remarkably closely. So while selling a house is stressful, feeling like we were on a known trajectory made it as comfortable as it could have been. The outcome of our sale was right in line with James's assessment and our expectations. Highly recommended.

Adrian is a professional, results-driven achiever. He knows everything there is to know (and more) about the property market in Avalon and Bilgola. He was highly responsive - day or night - and took 100% ownership of the campaign from end to end, always with a "can-do" professional approach. If you want to WIN, Adrian is the agent for you.
Adrian Venturi
Adrian’s local knowledge of the Northern Peninsula property market and especially Bilgola Plateau is excellent. He is clear, honest, concise and will go above and beyond for both parties involved.

Lauren Garner
I found McGrath Avalon, lead by James Baker & Lauren Garner to be excellent help with the marketing and sale of our property. Lauren was so helpful and nice to deal with, it was a pleasure to work with her. I feel like a formed a lovely new relationship and enjoyed our meetings. She is very knowledge about the market and selling on the northern beaches and represented us and our home to the highest standard. Could recommend her easy friendly representation highly enough. Excellent service.
Lauren Garner
I found James to be warm and friendly with great knowledge and experience about the market on the Northern Beaches and the high end market in general. His presentation on my marketing video was fantastic. He and his staff, particularly Lauren are warm and friendly with an easy going approach and I enjoyed working with them. His direction and advice on on the marketing and selling of our property was excellent. I couldn't recommend James and his team highly enough.

Adrian never made us feel rushed, he took the time with patience, care and a wealth of knowledge. He provided information relevant to buying, at auction and on the particular place we were looking at in so much detail including the surrounding neighbourhood and the benefits. He always picked up the phone or promptly replied. We never felt like we were not important or that he didn't have the time for us. He went above and beyond. We worked with many other agents during our 5month search and only one other agent provided the detail as Adrian did. Truly exceptional and we are very thankful.

James and Lauren are an exceptional team when it came to positioning our property in a fast moving market , and identifying the type of buyer for our property -and communicated very effectively, with an excellent outcome.
James Baker
Strong market and product knowledge, over rided by his people skills. James is one of a very small group of property sales professionals
