I found McGrath Avalon, lead by James Baker & Lauren Garner to be excellent help with the marketing and sale of our property. Lauren was so helpful and nice to deal with, it was a pleasure to work with her. I feel like a formed a lovely new relationship and enjoyed our meetings. She is very knowledge about the market and selling on the northern beaches and represented us and our home to the highest standard. Could recommend her easy friendly representation highly enough. Adrian never made us feel rushed, he took the time with patience, care and a wealth of knowledge. He provided information relevant to buying, at auction and on the particular place we were looking at in so much detail including the surrounding neighbourhood and the benefits. He always picked up the phone or promptly replied. We never felt like we were not important or that he didn't have the time for us. He went above and beyond. We worked with many other agents during our 5month search and only one other agent provided the detail as Adrian did. Truly exceptional and we are very thankful.
