Rowena was such a great person to run our campaign. She is very knowledgeable about prospective buyers and somehow keeps track of every moving piece of the puzzle throughout the campaign. We were frequently updated and received very detailed reports on potential buyers. Along side these practicalities, Rowena is very professional, personable and genuinely cared about our situation and outcome. We're extremely happy about the service and result. Very highly recommended.

Adrian was extremely professional, patiently honoured our wishes, made excellent suggestions, and sold our house at a price far above our expectation. Despite his suggestion to go to auction, we hesitated and thought to put the house on the market quietly. Though there was some interest generated and Adrain and Rowena did a wonderful job working with potential clients, a week later we decided to go with the auction plan. Adrian's helpful suggestions at every step, excellent marketing plan, and thorough understanding of the housing market in the northern beaches led to a result that exceeded our expectations. Had we gone with our initial plan, we would not have gotten the price we did. Big thanks to Adrian and Rowena for a job exceptionally well done!

Adrian is an expert on Bilgola Plateau and Newport real estate, but more importantly we felt like he really looked after our family and our needs. He knew the context and long history of near losses /misses in our property search for a home and treated us and the vendor fairly, which gives us future hope he will also one day look after us when we eventually switch homes.

My husband and I couldn't fault the experience we had with James and commend the professionalism and sincere help and care his team from McGrath in Avalon / Pittwater showed us . During the process we were trying to do a same day settlement which couldn't be achieved due to a delay with banks but James negotiated with the sellers so we could move our furniture in at least until we settled 1 week later. This was so greatly appreciated and helped us immensely through this nerve racking time. Its often difficult to find sincerity in this business yet the confidence we felt dealing with James and his team was 2nd to none. I would recommend James and the team from McGrath Avalon / Pittwater to anyone whether buying or selling.

My husband and I couldn't fault the experience we had with Lauren and commend the professionalism and sincere help and care the team from McGrath in Avalon / Pittwater showed us . When the banks were taking a little longer than expected to deposit funds Lauren keep me calm through the process as it was such a nerve racking time and we had previously missed out on another property under similar circumstances. Its often difficult to find sincerity in this business yet the confidence we felt dealing with Lauren and James was 2nd to none. I would recommend Lauren and the team from McGrath Avalon / Pittwater to anyone whether buying or selling.

In my experience Lyndall is one of the most approachable, knowledgeable and helpful agents I have had the chance to interact with. From the first meeting through to settlement Lyndall really made the whole process of buying a house such a pleasure. She was thoughtful, warming, informative and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend Lyndall to anyone looking for an agent.

Thank you James and Jonathan for your professional & motivated manner that you went about running our marketing campaign. As we were not in a hurry to sell & wanted to maintain a price that we were happy with, after building what we feel is a magnificent home. I would be happy to recommend your agency to others.

Well, James and his team certainly had their work cut out for them with the sale of our family home. We were keen for a quick sale which he managed with no marketing, a flooded room and the start of the pandemic. Along with a seller with jitters. Great work.

James Baker's knowledge of the market and pre-sale advise was invaluable. During the campaign, he always responded to queries immediately with the upmost professionalism and warmth. James and his team achieved a great result for us with low days on market and better than the guide price point!

Id met dozens of agents prior to Adrian , some I really liked & was considering instructing but I was cautious & we knew the importance of having the right agent for our home, however I met Adrian at a viewing & before I knew it Id offered to have him value our home the same day! . I have worked alongside & dealt with estate agents for many years & without doubt Adrian is the most committed, experienced & hard working agent I’ve encountered to date . His wealth of knowledge of the market is unbeatable . Always courteous , always responsive to calls or texts & always offering constant energy to the campaign .We lived on a tricky street & Adrian knew how to use a buoyant yet competitive market to our best advantage resulting in a sale price that utterly exceeded our expectations all within 6 days of going to market !!!!We could not have been happier I couldn’t recommend Adrian , and McGrath highly enough to anyone wondering who to use as an agent .
