It is my pleasure to write a review for Rowena Woodworth. I have sold two properties within the Avalon Beach area in the last 18 months utilising Rowena as my senior salesperson. Rowena's professionalism and good nature sets her apart from other agents. An easy going family lady involved within the school communities of the area for a number of years means she has great knowledge of the unique area that is Avalon. Rowena's warm smile and honest approach to her vendors and purchasers alike see her as a most sought-after sales agent. I would highly recommend Rowena Woodworth to any prospective vendor and am very happy to be contacted for further information. James H.

We have now bought and sold with James Baker and the customer experience was first class - both sides of the fence. James and his colleague Lyndall made us comfortable throughout and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They were professional and empathetic, and told us what we needed to know, not just what we wanted to hear. Kristina and I took a lot of comfort knowing that our house was in good hands, and James and Lyndall absolutely delivered. Highly recommended.

We appreciated the help and advice that he gave and he worked very hard to make both buyer and vendor happy with the end result. We would highly recommend Adrian and his team.

From the moment we first met Lyndall she was the consummate professional. She has great market knowledge and was able to assist with anything we needed as a buyer. This exceptional level of service has continued post sale which demonstrated her willingness to go above and beyond for both byers and sellers.

It has been our pleasure to know Adrian Venturi and his Sales Assistant Rowena Woodworth for many years. Adrian has an unparalleled knowledge of Bilgola Plateau and surrounding suburbs due to his long career in Real Estate. We really like Adrian on a personal and professional level. He is very hard-working, diligent, courteous and pragmatic. We chose his services for the successful sale of our home not only for these qualities but also that he is not a "hard" salesman. He is fair and patient. Rowena also possesses similar fine qualities along with a wonderful smile and long lasting connections with the school communities. She was always a delight to deal with and remained patient despite our multitude of questions. A truly lovely person. We have no hesitation in recommending McGrath Avalon Beach and all it's staff for any prospective sales or rental requirements. We are happy to be contacted for further information if required. James and Giulia.

After meeting for the first time we were very confident that Adrian and his team would be perfect for selling our property in Bilgola Plateau. The professionalism that they had throughout our whole campaign could not be faulted. His knowledge and understanding of Bilgola Plateau was second to none. We were especially very happy that after each inspection Adrian contacted us straight after and gave us updates regarding the level of interest and any feedback on our property. He was also regularly contacting us throughout the campaign with updates and strategies moving forward. It did not matter how busy he was, when he said he would call... he called. We are very happy with the our result, Thank you very much Adrian, Rowena, Judy and the McGrath Pittwater team.

We had the pleasure of working with Lauren when selling our Newport home. She took the time to listen and appreciate the things we loved about the house. She provided valuable feedback from the beginning, with appropriate recommendations for preparing our house for sale and throughout the campaign. Thank you Lauren and the team.

Adrian truly cares about both buyer and seller. We have been on both sides of the coin with Adrian and never once felt pressured, mislead, undervalued or ignored. I’ve come to learn this is very unique when dealing with agents. Adrian is always responsive, proactive, thoughtful, considerate to both parties and able to think on his feet when thrown a curve ball . We hve put Adrian through his paces over the years and he’s never let us down or disappointed us. Quite the opposite infact. He’s always gone over and above. Rowena who works alongside Adrian is also extremely attentive and a pleasure to liaise with. Anyway I could rave on all day. If you’re reading this and wondering which agent to list with, I can promise you won’t regret Adrian and his team.

We have had a long association with Adrian, he has sold two of our houses in Avalon, the first we didn't give him carte blanche and we received a good result however when we gave him full control he created what he called it 'the perfect storm'! The result was incredible, he and the Team completed exceeded our expectations. This didn't just happen by accident Adrian drove the campaign and everything associated with it to create the best possible outcome. Adrian's commitment to his sellers and purchasers is commendable - if you want the best and the nicest man possible - Adrian is it!
