Rowena went above and beyond with the sale of our property. In a difficult market and with a stressful time sensitive sale she was always positive and kept us informed all the way through a 4 month campaign. Nothing was too much trouble and she followed up every lead no matter how small. Rowena genuinely cared for the outcome of our sale. The fact that she is local to the area reflects in her extensive knowledge of the market. She always gave ample notice for any inspections and always left the property as she found it, including bringing in any cushions if it looked like rain and taking the time to make sure our dog had a pat! (he will miss her comings and goings!) I have no hesitation in recommending Rowena to anyone wanting to sell their home.
