James was very approachable at all times and did an excellent job of negotiating a price that was acceptable to both parties. He was professional at all stages of the process of the sale. We were delighted with the price that we paid for the property

Adrian was our first choice agent, as we knew what to expect through prior dealings with him as purchasers. Adrian's negotiation skills are first class, and that's what we needed in this changing, tightening market. Adrian worked with us for over a year leading up to the sale, providing market advise, dates to aim for to maximise exposure to buyers and even some input into styling, which for a small cost made all the difference. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the effort that Adrian and his team put into selling our house. Thanks again..!!

James, Adrian and the rest of the team at McGrath Avalon ran a sophisticated and professional campaign, resulting in the successful sale of our property on the day of auction. James and Adrian were both skilful and tireless negotiators. We were kept well informed throughout the campaign and were very grateful for the attention we and our property received, from styling to photography to marketing knowledge. I would happily recommend McGrath Avalon.

James and Lauren worked as a team on our successful sale. James knowledge of the area was what initially made us select this team. Due to our unusual medical circumstances, Lauren showed enormous care with us, she reported in detail after every inspection, we never had to wonder about anything. James and Lauren worked so well and consulted with us constantly. You cannot do better than use this team at McGrath Avalon.
