James knows the local market in a detailed way and really keeps informed of what is happening with sales. He developed a good marketing strategy which attracted a very good response of inspections and potential buyers. James has a very engaging style with buyers and was effective at maximising interest in the property. The final sale was assisted by the extra exposure James was able to get through his contacts with media groups, including a feature of the property on a SkyTV property segment.
