Lauren is an agent that I would definitely sell a property through again AND she would be the agent I would approach when looking to buy. Truly, you could not get a better agent. Lauren is easy to talk to, knowledgeable on all facets, not perturbed by a million questions, and always, always presenting a calm façade and in-depth knowledge. The extra addition of a lady who knows how to style a house just adds more to the overall package. And if it couldn't get better her team is fantastic - supportive and always available. Laurens communication was wonderful, something, that is imperative when making decisions, and managing expectations and outcomes. Overall the respect they gave to both buyer and seller is above approach. As someone selling a property it is wonderful to know that both seller and buyer are going to be happy with the final outcome. Definitely, the go-to real estate agent on the Northern Beaches.

Our house presented a great opportunity to the right buyer but there were complications in the sale process due to the market stalling the week we launched and our property was not the square box within a picket fence - it needed a more individually minded buyer. Adrian kept marketing relentlessly throughout and kept us appraised reliably during the process. We wanted a buyer that loved our home like we do and were very keen to ensure that both of us and the buyer saw fair value in the transaction. We have so many great memories of this place and wanted to part ways with it at peace knowing it would be enjoyed as it was by us. James and his team did a great job selling my mothers house in Avalon. He adopted a realistic, non-aggressive approach with both us as vendors and also potential buyers. Certainly not one of the "sharkish" brigade of agents becoming all too frequent! Market turned a little south on us from original expectations, but we got a decent sale in the end. The whole process with James and his team was very smooth.
