Having known James for a number of years it was a clear and easy decision to use him as the Agent for my house. His knowledge of the industry and personable, relaxed approach to selling our home was everything for us. We never doubted that the house would sell at Auction with his expertise at the Helm. One thing that I will always remember is approximately 2 years ago, I asked James for an Appraisal on our house after we had just completed some major Landscaping and Pool restorations.
