The team approach was a really good feature, meaning more attention to buyers at each open, easier communication for us, and as we got to know Lauren during the sale we were even more impressed with her. She was always upbeat and reassuring but honest; she had good rapport with buyers; was knowledgeable about competitor properties to ours; and was tenacious in ensuring we got the sale in spite of a slowing market.
