Friendly and Easy

Best property managers in Ballarat
My wife and I have several properties in Ballarat and over the time we have tried several different property management companies. We deal with Leonie at McGrath and in our experience, she is about 100km ahead of the next best property manager we have found and we want to adopt her.

Easy to deal with
They were really easy to deal with, very considerate and understanding, and enabled us to use our rights as tenants when the owner wanted frequent access to the property near the end of our lease.

Great agency with accessible and professional agents.
In my time with McGrath, both Sally and Leonie were great to deal with. Approachable, personable, and efficient, I didn't feel like any request went unheeded in my several years with the agency. If I were choosing between two identical homes to rent, I would pick the one McGrath manages!
