Since I applied for my current rental through McGrath, I was met with such amazing customer service and I felt so supported throughout the whole process. From my initial application, to any questions I had, to then moving in. My property manager, Kate went above and beyond to ensure myself and my grandmother were more than comfortable in our new home. Kate has such a beautiful nature and is always trying her best to accomodate to any of needs. Nothing ever feels like a hassle for Kate, and I feel really good knowing she genuinely cares! McGrath has been so accommodating to us, and no matter is too big or too small. It’s lovely to know that we are being taken care of by such a wonderful group of people.
