We have been moved into our new rental for a good month now. The application and move in was a super smooth process. As with all rental move ins there was a few little maintenance issues to be addressed. McGrath was super speedy with the process and got things sorted ASAP. I have had bad experiences in the past with some maintenance issues taking more than 6 months to be completed but McGrath has really changed my opinion of property managers and I’m super grateful that we have a fabulous property to live in.
