Excellent communication and kept me up to date with everything.
Kiara did a wonderful job of selling our house quickly and efficiently. Especially so during the pandemic, managing to arrange site inspeacrtions just hours before the lockdown stopped any more of these. Kiara was always polite and up to date with information on where everything was at. It made it a breeze for us and we sold at better than the price we expected. Fantastic experience selling through Sean and the McGrath Team. They went above and beyond to ensure our property sold during the recent lockdown and made the whole process as smooth sailing as could be during a pandemic. Communication was on point every time and we never felt like we had to call to follow up about anything. They took care of the whole process from start to finish so we did not have to worry. Also a shoutout to the Photographer and Videographer. They were both lovely to deal with and have in our home and we had many compliments on how the photos and video turned out through the online advertising.
