I had been in my current home for 34 years, so was not really familiar with selling a home. We had heard great things about Sean from family and friends and were not disappointed. Everything from the photographer to the videography was done as promised and they were great to work with. We were slightly worried about other houses for sale in our area, that we would have too much competition and not achieve a quick sale or good price. How wrong we were! There was also a state-wide lockdown 1 day after our house went live on the market, again we were worried. Sean took his time to explain what his plans were and also put our minds at ease about what was going on around us at the time. He was confident of a quick sale and a satisfactory price. He was not wrong - we sold within 6 days at a price that absolutely exceeded our expectations. Sean made everything easy, and his confidence made us feel relaxed that we would achieve a quick sale.
