Extremely Knowledgeable
Shawn was a terrific agent whose knowledge of the local market, of the suburb and street was next level. His style is professional yet relaxed with a focus on helping us, the buyer, understand the context of the sale, and the features of the property. Importantly, he quickly recognised we were experienced buyers and he focused only on the things we couldn’t not discern for ourselves. Personal, approachable, available, honest and reliable!
From the very first discussion of putting our house on the market, Shawn was working 150% above our expectations. We were living in another state and Shawn organised all quotes and handled all the scheduling of trades. He always made sure the house was looking its best for every open day. Shawn always personally kept us in loop with any activity regarding our house. I cannot recommend Shawn highly enough for anything Real Estate.
