After many years of masterful inactivity, it was time to sell my house bought back in the 80s. It had been tenanted by the same family for some 20 years and although well looked after it had become very tired. We engaged Cindy and her team after brief selection process and went with her because we felt that her team had the professionalism and aggression to get the job done. We set a plan to give the tenants time to move, do considerable work to make the place presentable, market and go to auction. We also said that if a buyer should show up with a good offer, then we would be open to that. Cindy was able to identify that buyer and a deal was struck.
