Professional, knowledgeable, hard-working
Never having sold a house before, we didn't know where to start. We interviewed 3 prospective agents but Cindy's professionalism and experience won us over. She even helped with tradie recommendations which enabled us to get the house on the market in record time. While Cindy's local knowledge is unmatched - her ability to bring buyers in from outside of Rozelle via the McGrath network also counted. In fact, our buyers weren't locals and we were thrilled with the sale price in an uncertain market. Cindy, Scott and Richard are an excellent team - always easy to contact and so pleasant to deal with. We felt they worked really hard for us throughout the month-long campaign and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Professional agent team
Cindy's group is fabulous. They are nice people and caring so much of both the vendor and us. The communications are very efficient in most of time. They also provide much help in facilitating the renovations after the exchange, besides well-organised inspections.

Exceptional campaign experience
We engaged Cindy and the team for three key reasons: 1. Cindy really knows the Rozelle and Balmain market (she lives nearby, is very present in the local community and is really across the local housing market) 2. An extensive database and connections to a broad network of potential purchasers, both locally and from across Sydney. 3. Sale management - a comprehensive campaign plan was presented to us with clear actions, timeframes and deliverables. Once we started the process we had a lot to prepare in a short timeframe. However, we were provided with contacts, advice and clear instructions on what was required and we were supported every step of the way. The photo's, video and overall marketing campaign was high quality and the first database open home was really successful with lots of genuine interest. From this point onwards we were provided with the right balance of information from the team and regularly kept up to date with developments. What really impressed us was the level of professionalism from all of the team. Interactions with us and all of the potential purchasers was done with great care, courtesy and transparency. Overall, we were very happy with the campaign and the level of service. They got us a great result in a very quick timeframe, and in an uncertain market. We would certainly look to work with Cindy and the team in the future.
