An amazing outcome..
We had previously looked at other properties with Cindy & the McGrath team & always found Cindy to be highly professional & always seemed to get the best result for her clients. Unfortunately, we had just missed out on a few properties but because of this Cindy knew exactly what we were looking for and kept us up to date with a number of off market listings. Eventually Cindy called us to let us know she had found us the perfect property. We inspected straight away & ended up purchasing the property within a week. Cindy went out of her way to help us purchase our first home & we couldn’t be more thankful or speak more highly of Cindy & the McGrath team. They’ll also be the first ones we call when we decide to sell.

A dream come true
After searching the market for months and months trying to find our family home I was about to give up. When I met with Cindy and said please help us. Cindy did more than just help us and transact a sale. She understood what we were looking for. She understood our aesthetic. She understood the lifestyle we were looking for. She understood the home and layout we needed for our family. Never have I met an agent who can work just as hard for the buyer and seller. It’s a true testament to a great agent. I still have a pinch me moment when I think about how the purchase of our house was orchestrated. Cindy knew this was our house and she went to extreme lengths to guide us, she provided us with all extra information of nearby developments and the potential growth. She even convinced me that the corner shop in Rozelle was the best there was. ( and she was right) No words can express how much I respect and admire her as an agent. She’s a gun. If you’re lucky enough to sell a house or buy a house from Cindy, trust me when Say this… there is no one better than her!

A seamless experience with a terrific result
Cindy was an absolute joy to work with on the sale of our property. She was incredibly prompt with her communication but also in her ability to see what we needed to do next - long before we did. She cut through the mystery of process and explained clearly what the best next steps were at each point in the sales process. She worked hard to get us the best price possible, even though the difference to her was negligible. Her team, both internal and a vast group of external 'helpers' were superb. I highly recommend!

Easy to deal with and good local knowledge
Cindy and Scott were easy to deal with and very diligent in following up on our questions and concerns. Both offered additional information about the property and area, and made themselves available for private inspections, even in the evening. The sale process went smoothly and the team at McGrath were very helpful throughout.

What a team!
The whole of Team Kennedy were amazing when we sold our apartment in Drummoyne. In particular, we worked closely with Scott who managed inspections and queries like a true professional. He kept us informed at every step along the way and calmed our nerves and worries as we went. We did an online auction - Team Kennedy managed the auction so well and we got a great result. Down to earth, approachable and attentive
We were really impressed by the level of customer service Kate provided us. No challenge was too much for her, allowing the process to be efficient and stress free. She managed access to a secure building during COVID as well as our tenants, putting their minds at ease. Her constant communication throughout the process was also exceptional. If you are selling in the inner west, use Kate.
