Good knowledge of the market, friendly and professional. Enthusiastic without being pushy and prepared to go out of her way to be accommodating. Lives locally so plenty of recommendations re pubs, cafes etc. Always well-presented - even in pouring rain!

Cindy's stellar reputation is well-known in our area. After seeing Cindy make many successful sales in recent years, we decided to engage her to sell our property in Rozelle. From initial contact over a year ago, we were always kept informed of the current market. We felt like they wanted to share local market insights, instead of just giving us the 'hard sell' to sell our house. Correspondence with Cindy or one of her team members was always dealt with quickly and professionally. Being a local resident herself, it was immediately apparent Cindy had an intricate knowledge of the local market. This gave us comfort. She also set realistic expectations and time frames. When it came to putting our house on the market, Cindy and her team were excellent. They made time to see us quickly, over a weekend and assembled a sales schedule that suited our circumstances. Superb experience and result with an agent that genuinely cares about people.
We've had a superb experience and amazing results selling two properties with Kate. Her ability to earn the trust of everyone she deals with makes her unique - she really cares about people, builds relationships, and is genuine, respectful and thoughtful throughout the process. She's incredibly responsive and never seems to switch off. She sold our most recent house 20% above the reserve price, with a result beyond what we could reasonably have hoped for.
