I met Cindy Kennedy and the Mcgrath team over 2 years ago when my search for a new home started. Its been a long journey. So many houses seen, auctions attended, bids made, disappointments washed down with more than just a cup of the local Balmain coffee. But when Cindy saw the home I recently purchased, she instantly thought of me and my girls and thought to herself that, that was the home for me. She has always be professional, but with a twist of understanding from the eyes of the purchaser. Buying in any market is emotional, but in this most recent one where reserves were just a number, she was always honest. She has uppermost integrity and is well known outside the local community for her professionalism. Cindy and the team at McGrath went above and beyond the call of duty when marketing and selling our property.  From the very beginning of the process until the final stage when the property sold, nothing was too much trouble for them. They organised quotes and trades and left no stone unturned to achieve the best possible outcome for us. They even watered our gardens and checked the letterbox, as we were away! My husband & I recently made the tough decision to sell our rundown home that had been in my family for 5 generations. Cindy knows Rozelle so well - she seems to have sold pretty much every house in our immediate area! She was very proactive - she followed us up and convinced us to come back to the house when we thought it was out of our range. And it was - but she managed to stretch us! A great negotiator and I would want her on my side next time!! Very responsive, gave us a lot of information on the local area. The settlement went through very quickly and smoothly, thanks to her team taking ownership.
