Professional with Integrity.
This was our second sale through Cindy and we appreciate her local knowledge and ethical approach to a changing market . Her professional advice was accurate from start to finish no need to control expectations etc as the hard discussions were had at the outset . Always available - great team of Marcus and Richard . It was remarkably a pleasant experience .

Professional, understanding and efficient- a great combination
We chose Cindy from a very competitive field of local agents because of her knowledge of the area over many years, (she lives and works locally), her commitment to keeping us informed and involved at all stages of the process while emphasizing that all the key decisions would be ours, and her understanding of how unsettling it can be to sell a home. Having got a very good price for our house prior to auction we know we made the right decision. Always "on call"
Cindy lives and breathes the local market, keeping you updated every step of the way and not resting until the sale is complete. I mean each point quite literally. Cindy is very much a local, using her knowledge to strategise, option and evaluate situations whenever you need them, on call from the minute you wake up to the minute you turn off at night. During the process of our sale, we encountered an unexpected hurdle. It was thanks to Cindy's persistent determination and continual evaluation that we managed to forge a solution for the benefit of all parties.

A true professional
We recently purchased a property which Cindy and Marcus were ran the sale campaign for the vendor. I found them both courteous and amenable throughout the process organising access to conduct further inspection and providing information as requested. I believe she negotiated a fair result for both parties during post auction and even organised a rent back agreement after ward. Would gladly work with Cindy again and highly recommend her services. If it wasn't for Cindy and Marcus, we wouldn't have bought the property. They understood our needs like no one else, and were able to match our needs to the perfect property.
