Cindy Kennedy and her team at McGrath Balmain recently handled the sale of my property at Foucart Street, Rozelle. For a number of reasons, the sale had the potential to be extremely complicated. However, because of Cindy’s management, the sale went very smoothly and contracts were exchanged within 7 days of the first viewing. Cindy was excellent from the “get-go” when she prepared a market valuation of the property, through to the conclusion of the sale. She had a number of very good buyers on her books which reflected well on her relationship with them and meant we could go “off-market” with the sale. Cindy’s advice throughout was spot-on, especially in terms of managing issues which had the potential to complicate the sale, the expected sale price, and what the interested parties were likely to pay. She has a very calming demeanour and never came across as pushy. She regularly kept me up to date throughout the process and was always quick to return missed calls.
