On several occasions, I called late in the day, and she never hesitated to take the call, even outside of normal business hours. Kylie also went above and beyond by providing detailed rental return history and recent purchase data, which helped me enormously. As I was not familiar with the market at the beginning of the process, this insight gave me confidence and clarity in making my decision. After 25 years of buying properties, this has been the best service I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Kylie to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate agent.

Kylie used her database as well as online marketing and found a buyer in about a week. A good result with a house that has great potential but serious termite damage. It was a shame to sell but needing too, I’m glad I found a wonderful agent to get the sale done. Thank you.
