I have had many dealings with estate agents over the last forty years or so. In the pecking order, I would have put them in a category just ahead of a used car salesperson. Tell you the first thing that comes into their head, as long as it gets a sale. My thoughts have changed completely after dealing with Luke. Agents have a tendency to inflate appraisals just to secure the listing, not Luke, straight down the line. The appraisal was pushing what I thought we may achieve, but Luke knows real estate. He sold the house within three weeks for the full price. If you're buying or selling, look him up, you wont be disappointed.
