A Dog with a Bone!
Greig persevered til the end! And a most acceptable sale price was achieved. The property turned out to be not an easy property to sell and there were a few things that complicated the sale. Greig is loyal, hard working, has been in the industry for years - having once owned the agency he is now working for, has a great sense of humor, and has an attitude of not giving up. The sale was right down to the wire and he came through with the result.

Professional and handled with integrity
It was clear early in our first discussion that Luke really knows and understands the local property market extremely well, and provided sound and fair advice on current market values. The property was managed in a very timely way, because Luke not only knows his real estate, but was proactive and contacted some potential buyers who were "on the books". This meant that there was a pleasantly quick turnaround time for the sale, which was handled in a professional manner throughout.

Respectful, Prompt Service.
