We have learnt a lot these last seven months. I have been a Sales Rep all my life in the Building Industry and understand how hard it is to make a Sale so I admire and respect people like me So I like to thank everyone that was involved in the sale of our house. Thankyou to you all.

Luke made the experience of purchasing a property seamless. From first contact Luke forgot to tell me all about himself, and how good he was and how many houses he had sold, but gave me all of the information about the property in layperson terms. Luke negotiated a fair deal that suited both parties quickly and efficiently, Luke and his assistant Billie then followed with great communication through to exchanging contracts today. Thanks Luke, Billie and the team at Mcgrath Batemans Bay

During the morning I had looked at three houses. After I saw the house I Cook Avenue I made an offer to Luke and then headed back to Canberra. By the time I was approaching Braidwood, Luke had put my offer to the owner and then my second offer which was accepted. From there things flowed and now a settlement date has been agreed

Having worked in the home finance field for 35 years I do have an understanding of what is expected of real estate agents. Luke, Billie and the staff exceeded my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and made the process so simple. Luke and his team arranged pest and building reports and a second inspection on the Property. They are to be commended for their efforts.

I wholeheartedly recommend Luke and his team at McGrath for their outstanding service. From the start, Luke impressed me with his honesty and accurate appraisal of my property. Moreover, his estimation of the time frame for the sale actually turned out to be shorter than expected. Although we experienced a minor setback with a potential buyer, Luke wasted no time in securing two additional offers within a mere four days. Remarkably, a sale was finalized within the course of just one week. In an industry where genuine and frank appraisals are hard to come by, Luke and his team at McGrath shine brilliantly. Unlike many other agents who provide inflated appraisals only to have properties languish on the market for months without any serious offers, Luke's professionalism and integrity ensured a successful and expedient sale. As someone who has personally encountered the frustrations of working with an agent in the area who was not forthright with their appraisal, I can confidently say that choosing Luke and his team was a breath of fresh air. My experience with McGrath has been nothing short of exceptional.

Luke was the selling agent at McGrath. He was super easy to deal with and kept me in the loop the entire process. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Luke was amazing working with us over the phone and via email as the property we held in the Batemans Bay area is not where we reside. He made sure we were across the feedback and inspections and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We were also really happy with the turnaround time on the sale and correspondence from his team. Thanks Luke for all your hard work.
