Gabby came into our house in response to a request for a market appraisal which was delivered the next day together with a marketing proposal whish was to market the place "as is ". That would mean far less hastle like moving furniture. She planned open House for the next two Saturdays and the Wednesday in between. We went for a drive. On the next Tuesday Gabby rang with an acceptable offer. A great job!
