From the very beginning Gabby set realistic expectations regarding the market. She worked with us providing advice on how to get our house ready for sale, including providing a stylist and what to remove….read that as “declutter”. During the extended and tough lockdown, Gabrielle has dedicated all the time needed to carry out as many private inspections as required to sell our property. Even when we panicked because the lockdown could mean lower selling price, she was able to calm us down and achieve a great price.
