We can't stress enough how wonderful and stress free our experience has been with Mira and her whole team. If only we had gone to them first we would have been long gone from our current home. Their communication with us, which included weekly reports on who phoned, who booked a viewing and even their comments after was great to have. Their expert in the office, Shona was a joy to work with and up to speed with all things happening with our house should Mira be unavailable. Mira was very helpful in firstly advising on the market conditions and realistic valuation range. Mira was also helpful when the sale was likely to fall through and managed to resurrect the process. Whilst our aim was for a higher price, Mira was able to negotiate with the purchasers to substantially increase their offer and we were able to reach settlement and exchange contracts. We do appreciate Mira's efforts in acting as our agent for the sale.

From the outset Mira was different to any other Real Estate Agent we'd dealt with. We were treated respectfully and were never rushed or pressured into any decision. It was easy to communicate with Mira, either by phone or text...she always returned our calls or messages, and we never felt like we were hassling her for information or advice. Mira liaised at length between ourselves and the property vendors and after a few twists and turns, was able to negate a fantastic outcome for both parties.
