Highly recommend Joel if you are selling in Seven Hills and surrounds. We initially bought the property from Joel and found him very easy to deal with. So when we decided to sell we approached a few agents and decided Joel was the best person to assist us. We were sellers who live interstate and Joel managed the whole process seamlessly. From managing the tenants and their exit from the property. Project managing trades and suggesting improvements that needed to be done before we put the property on the market. Any problem we encountered Joel had a solution and it helped keep the momentum moving with the sale. Regarding the actual Auction and strategies we were pretty nervous, never having sold at Auction. We trusted the process (and Joel) and got an amazing outcome with the amount of people through with inspections, the amount of bidders registering and the final price and result.
