I met Monique when I was searching for an apartment as a first home buyer. I contacted Monique after finding the listing on realestate.com, she responded very quickly and despite having a viewing on the Saturday, was flexibile and allowed me an early viewing on Friday. When showing the property she was very good at pointing out all aspects of the property knowing that I was a first home buyer, and was upfront about potential once-off strata levies that would affect my finances if I successfully bought the property. I submitted an offer that night, and Monique did keep me in the loop following the viewing. I negotiated with buyer through Monique and I think she did a good job balancing getting the best for them while also not trying to 'rip me off' like you hear in some stories / I have experienced with other agents. During cooling off and settlement, Monique has been extremely responsive and accommodating as well as open to speaking directly to my broker when I was unsure about some specific details. She has also been very supportive and patient during unexpected aspects of my approval process as I bought over the change in financial year (would not recommend due to re-requiring the new tax statement by some lenders). Overall, in the future if I ever decide to sell or rent out the apartment, I think I'd approach Monique to assist me with it.

Joel and his team went above and beyond with this property sale. A deceased estate under Council acquisition I assumed it would not be an easy task. As we were still able to sell the property on the open market Joel was more than happy to take it on given its 'special circumstances'. The property was listed for three weeks before it went to auction with multiple bidders on the day. We were not at all expecting the price we got for the property given its 'special circumstances'. We could not be happier. Joel is very dedicated to looking after his clients and was extremely supportive of our unique situation.
