After being in my home for 29 years I decided to put it on the market. I contacted a conveyor and I was asked if I had an agent. As my answer was no I was happy to listen to the recommendation. I had heard other recommendations about Joel previously so I decided to contact him. I wasn't sorry I did. Joel was very professional from the start and his knowledge of the Blacktown area was very encouraging. He suggested a sale price that we agreed on and he and his team went from there. My home sold at the first open house. Joel and Monique spoke with me after the open house and Joel again later that night to inform me he had a very interested buyer. After the sale I had lots of questions for Joel and as he had told me to contact him anytime I did so. If he wasn't available at the time of my calling he would call as soon as possible. Even now, some weeks later, he is still taking my calls. If there is anyone thinking of selling their home and is as naive as me about real estate prices then I would highly recommend Joel and his team. They have been excellent.
