Joel is excellent at what he does.
We had to sell my mother's home under difficult circumstances and Joel and his approach took a lot of stress out of the situation. He is prompt, communicates clearly and did exactly what he said he would do. His team are also very efficient, and I make no hesitation in recommending Joel. He is a credit to the McGrath brand.

An honest and extremely professional real estate agent
Joel is one of the very few agents in the profession that is an honest and reliable agent. He approaches the sale of your property with a tactical mindset, ensuring you get the best possible deal. I interviewed 5 different real estate agents including some that seem to have high sales and good reviews. Joel was the only one that was researched and prepared for our meeting. He did not bullshit me. We meticulously planned the sale of the property. Within 3 days of it being listed he signed the contract of sale. This was $26k more than the top range of estimates that the other agents said. I would highly recommend Joel, he is a true professional and will get you top dollar.

Highly Recommended
Joel meet with my sisters and I the day we called him. He agveise us on what to do the begin selling our parents home of over 60 years. It was a very emotional time for us and Joel was very compassionat and respectful. Loel gave us great advise on holding our garage sales and helped out with signs and social media post. Joel kept us up to date with what was happening, he and his team were very committed to selling our house. Auction day was a great success. Joel and his team did a exellent job. Outstanding Professionalism, Exceptional Insight of Both Buyer and Seller Expectations.
Monique was presenting an open home a couple of hundred meters from our property. I took the opportunity to introduce myself as a prospective seller, who was almost ready to go to market. That same afternoon Monique came to the property as scheduled and gave us an appraisal that met our expectations, Monique also provided excellent advice as towards the presentation of the property in readiness for sale. Monique’s communication to be clear honest and unambiguous, I found that Monique’s ability to not only preempt any questions that I had but also her genuine honesty to be both respectful and high class in a world of forgotten old school customer service. Monique was in constant contact leading up to the open home, notifying me in advance of any appointments with potential buyers or her business associates in the process who were all both highly professional and punctual. The whole process of getting ready for open day was stress free and exciting, we were confident of a great result. Monique came back to us with an offer that met our expectations on the evening of the open day. We were delighted with the result, the house was on the market for a total of 4 DAYS, Monique has the professionalism and the integrity to make all the hard work appear easy, I never felt anything but relaxed from our initial meeting and right throughout the entire process. Exceptional
Joel was very considerate, kind, helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Joel took the time out of his busy schedule to come and see us when we needed him to. Can't praise Joel enough for everything he did for us, at a time we needed assistance. He did it all Joel is an assest to the company. thank you so much. Excellent agent highly recommended
We had the emotional experience of having to sell our parents home of 60+ years and contacted Joel for advise on what we should do to get the ball rolling. Joel meet with me and my sisters the day we called him and explained what we should do with no obligation or pressure to go ahead with his agency. He was so compassionate and respectful we all decided to engage Joel to handle the sale of the house. His knowledge of the area and the market is astounding. Joel gave us great advise for holding our garage sales and where to advertise them and even put out signs for us on the roads near the house. He also helped with 3rd party services we needed which took a lot of the stress away for us Joel was committed to sell the house and kept us all up date with what was happening every step of the way.
