Worth every dollar $$$$ Very professional. Sent her staff to help present my house, and offered to send staff to help me pack when moving out. Self driven to work hard for the buyer. I was with another agent, (for 6 months) that could not achieve the outcome within the week I engaged with Monique. Always open, honest and upfront. It’s not just about selling the house and making her margin, it was about working hard for the seller and achieving the sellers $$$. (Not once I felt like this)
